Erica Rawls
Founder of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Erica Rawls is the co-founder of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence by providing financial assistance to help them achieve homeownership. As a survivor herself, Erica understands the profound impact that domestic violence can have on one’s sense of self and security. Her mission is rooted in a deep passion to restore the courage, confidence, and strength of women, helping them shed the guilt and shame often associated with abuse. Through the Phoenix Foundation, Erica is committed to offering survivors not just a path to safety, but a foundation for a brighter, empowered future—one where they can rebuild their lives and reclaim their superpower through the stability of homeownership.

Brittany Guiles
Board Member of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Brittany Guiles is a real estate leader and coach who turned personal adversity into professional purpose, helping agents grow sustainable, value-driven businesses. From bankruptcy and single motherhood to leading one of KW’s top market centers, she empowers others through mindset, systems, and creative collaboration.

Jennifer Sarff
Board Member of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Jennifer Sarff is the Vice President of Human Resources at Penn State Health. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Messiah University. She is also an ICF-certified executive coach through St. Joseph’s University and the Center for Executive Coaching.
With more than 25 years of experience, Jennifer has held diverse roles spanning benefits, compensation, leadership development, talent acquisition, training, HR consulting, communications, service operations, and employee health and well-being. She is deeply committed to helping leaders unlock their potential, guide their teams effectively, and remove barriers to success.
Jennifer resides in Camp Hill and is the proud mother of three children.

Dr. Katina Moten
Board Member of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Dr. Katina M. Moten has a 25-year career as a higher education leader and worked at The Pennsylvania State University for 23 years. At Penn State, she was instrumental in shaping advising, orientation, and learning support services and programs. In addition to her professional work, Dr. Moten dedicates her time to mentoring women, particularly Black women who have a desire to serve in leadership roles. Dr. Moten has a bachelor’s in biology from Bloomsburg University, a master’s in leadership and liberal studies from Duquesne University, and a doctorate in higher education administration from Immaculata University. In her free time, Dr. Moten enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting her grandson, watching the EAGLES (Go Birds), and she loves to read. As a survivor of domestic violence herself, Dr. Moten has a passion for helping those who will benefit from the support granted through Phoenix Foundation Community Cares and is excited to serve on the inaugural board of directors.

Lisa A. Myers, CPA, CFE, MAFF, CGMA | Managing Partner
Board Member of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Lisa Myers, Managing Partner of Boyer & Ritter, has spent more than 30 years helping organizations strengthen their financial health, manage risk, and plan for growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership and ability to guide teams through meaningful change, making a lasting impact on the clients and communities she serves.
Beyond her professional work, Lisa is deeply committed to giving back. She actively supports education, economic development, and nonprofit initiatives throughout the Capital Region. Lisa is honored to serve on the inaugural Board of Directors for Phoenix Foundation Community Cares, where she will help guide strategy, collaborate with fellow leaders, and support efforts to provide safe, stable housing for survivors of domestic violence.

Angie Shaw
Board Member of Phoenix Foundation Community Cares
Angie Shaw, a member of the Phoenix Foundation Community Cares board, is a Regional Vice President at the Fidelis Mortgage Corporation and has over 20 years of experience in her field of mortgage lending and business development. Throughout her journey, Angie has assisted borrowers from different walks of life by exemplifying valuable insight into the financial and personal issues that families face on their way to homeownership. She is driven by the firm belief that providing individuals and families with the stability of housing and access to community support is vital as well as empowering to them on all levels.
As a Phoenix Foundation Community Cares board member, Angie contributes her industry experience and her willingness to serve to support the foundation so that it may continue the mission to provide housing opportunities that restore families hope, dignity, and a fresh start.
